Per Your Request - Lyrics to You Bet Your Sweet Bippy
You Bet Your Sweet Bippy
When I was a little boy, my mama cornered me. She asked me why I was so bad, I answered simply...baby
“You bet your sweet bippy I'm a hippy hippy hippy and I dig doin simply nothin but rollin in the grass bare, takin trips in the air, pickin lint from my belly button.”
Hip, hip, hip I’m a hippy. You bet your sweet bippy I’m a hippy yeah.
One day I should have been at school, got caught downtown instead. My principal asked why my hair grew so far from my head...I said
“You bet your sweet bippy I'm a hippy hippy hippy and I dig doin simply nothin but rollin in the grass bare, takin trips in the air, pickin lint from my belly button.”
Hip, hip, hip I’m a hippy. You bet your sweet bippy I’m a hippy yeah.
Now, I got a chick who spreads her love all over me. She got along the day I told her very tenderly...tenderly.

Where can one buy this song? Original copies seem few and far between and digital copies for purchase don't seem to be available. I would love to have this for my collection, whether on 45 or digital. Many thanks in advance!
